For our customers, we supply all the necessary support from the implementation to the maintenance of installed products. This support is provided via Internet, through telephone, e-mail, or by personal contact with our engineers.
Training / Education
As an extension to the standard customer support, we offer qualified training courses, which can be organized on-site (in customers office), a well as in our training rooms. These courses cover all parts of the TRIDENT system, and can also be tailored to suit specific needs of our customers.
We offer the development and maintenance of customer specific business solutions for public and private companies. Our personnel is trained for the development of applications for various purposes, in various environments and for various platforms (Windows, UNIX, Linux).
